    Ingredients

    • STUFFING
    • 1/2  cup margarine or butter
    • 1/2  cup chopped onion
    • 1/4  cup slivered almonds
    • 4  cups herb-seasoned bread cubes
    • 1  cup coarsely chopped cranberries
    • 3  tablespoons sugar
    • 2  tablespoons grated orange peel
    • 1/2  cup orange juice
    • 5  to 6-lb. fresh or frozen whole turkey breast with bone, thawed
    • GLAZE
    • 1/4  cup Citrus Marmalade (see Index) or orange marmalade
    • 1  tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
    • 1/4  teaspoon ginger

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 325°F. In large skillet, saute onion and almonds in 1/2 cup margarine until onion is tender. Stir in remaining stuffing ingredients; set aside.
    2. 2Bone turkey breast (see Cook´s Note).* Spread back of breast to open pockets. Spoon stuffing into pockets and down center of breast. Fasten with skewers. Place breast, skin side up, in roasting pan. Bake at 325°F. for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until temperature of thermometer inserted into thickest part of breast reaches 170°F.
    3. 3In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients. Brush over breast 2 or 3 times during last 30 minutes of baking. Slice to serve.
