    Ingredients

    • 1  Puff Pancake (see above recipe)
    • FILLING
    • 2  tablespoons all purpose flour
    • 1/4  teaspoon dried thyme leaves
    • Dash salt
    • 1/2  cup skim milk
    • 1  cup frozen cut broccoli, thawed
    • 1/2  cup diced cooked turkey or ham
    • 1  tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1  to 2 tablespoons light sour cream

    Directions

    1. 1Prepare puff pancake as directed in recipe.
    2. 2While pancake is baking, combine flour, thyme, salt and milk in small saucepan; beat with wire whisk until smooth. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Add remaining filling ingredients; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Spoon into hot baked pancake. If desired, garnish with small red bell pepper or tomato strips. Serve immediately.
