There's a secret to these crazy delish, super tasty, moist and perfect turkey burgers! You won't BELIEVE how scrump they are!

Directions

  • 1 In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat.
  • 2 Add the finely chopped mushrooms to the skillet and cook until the moisture cooks off, about 3-4 minutes.
  • 3 Remove the mushroom mixture from the stove, allow it to cool slighty. Then, place it in a large bowl with the raw ground turkey. Add the salt, worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Mix until completely combined.
  • 4 Form the turkey mixture into 6 equal-sized patties. Spray a grill pan with nonstick cooking spray and cook the turkey burgers over medium heat until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • 5 Serve cooked burgers on burger buns with tomato slices, onions, lettuce, and your favorite condiments.

Take an 8-ounce carton of baby bella mushrooms into a food processor with 3 garlic cloves and a small slice of onion. Pulse until finely chopped.
