Ingredients

  • 3  cups cubed, peeled potatoes
  • 2 1/4  cups water
  • 3/4  cup chopped onions
  • 1  tablespoon chicken-flavor instant bouillon or 3 chicken-flavor bouillon cubes
  • 1  (16-oz.) pkg. Green Giant® Valley Combinations™ Frozen Sweet Pea Cauliflower Medley
  • 2  cups milk
  • 2  cups cubed, cooked turkey or chicken
  • 1/2  teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4  cup water
  • 2  tablespoons flour
  • 12  oz. (3 cups) shredded American cheese

Directions

  1. In large saucepot or Dutch oven, combine potatoes, 2 1/4 cups water, onions and bouillon. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 10 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in frozen vegetables; cook uncovered over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir in milk, turkey and mustard. Bring to a boil. In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine 1/4 cup water and flour; shake well. Stir into vegetable mixture. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Add cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
