    Ingredients

    • 3/4  lb. ground turkey breast meat
    • 1  (14 1/2-oz.) can ready-to-serve chicken broth with 1/3 less sodium
    • 1  (10-oz.) pkg. (7 cups) Chinese style stir-fry vegetables*
    • 2  tablespoons cornstarch
    • 1/2  teaspoon garlic powder
    • 2  tablespoons purchased teriyaki sauce
    • 1  cup chow mein noodles

    Directions

    1. 1Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat about 30 seconds. Crumble turkey into skillet; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove turkey from skillet; cover to keep warm.
    2. 2Bring broth to a boil in same skillet. Add vegetables; cook about 2 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. In small bowl, combine cornstarch and garlic powder; mix well. Stir in teriyaki sauce. Gently stir mixture into vegetable mixture. Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Stir in turkey. Top with chow mein noodles. If desired, serve with hot cooked rice and additional teriyaki sauce.
