Looking for Mexican appetizers? Then check out these cheesy quesadillas topped with turkey and served with orange-cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

8
Old El Paso™ flour tortillas (6 inches)
1
container (10 to 12 oz) cranberry-orange sauce, thawed if frozen
6
oz thinly sliced smoked turkey
5
oz Havarti cheese, thinly sliced
1
tablespoon oil

Directions

  • 1 Top each of 4 tortillas with 1 tablespoon of the cranberry-orange sauce; spread to edges. Top each with turkey, cheese and second tortilla.
  • 2 Heat medium skillet over medium heat until hot. Brush 1 side of 1 quesadilla with oil. Place oiled side down in skillet; press down with pancake turner. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until browned.
  • 3 Brush top of quesadilla with oil. Turn quesadilla; cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until browned and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
  • 4 To serve, cut each quesadilla into 6 wedges. Serve quesadillas with remaining cranberry-orange sauce.
Tips

Kids and dipping food go hand in hand. Up the fun factor by letting kids dunk their own quesadillas in the cranberry-orange sauce. Who knew hors d'oeuvres could be such a blast?
