Try this spicy twist on a great traditional one pot meal.

Ingredients

lb ground turkey
2 3/4
cups hot water
1/2
cup milk
1
box (5.5 oz) Hamburger Helper™ Italian Lasagna
1
can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1
cup frozen green beans
1
teaspoon Creole seasoning*

Directions

  • 1 In 10-inch skillet, cook turkey over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
  • 2 Stir in hot water, milk, uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper box), beans and Creole seasoning. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; uncover (sauce will thicken as it stands). Stir before serving.
Tips  

*If you would prefer to use your own spices instead of Creole seasoning, we suggest a mix of salt, red pepper, black pepper, chili powder, and garlic.
