Make a delicious Greek-restaurant pizza made with turkey breast in just 30 minutes - perfect for a dinner.

Ingredients

pita breads (6 inches in diameter)
1/2
cup sour cream
1 1/2
teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves
1 1/2
cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
1/2
pound sliced cooked deli turkey breast, cut into strips
1/2
cup chopped cucumber
1
small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
1
cup crumbled feta cheese (4 ounces)

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°.
  • 2 Place pita breads on ungreased cookie sheet. Mix sour cream and mint; spread evenly over pitas. Sprinkle each pita with 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Top with turkey, cucumber, tomato and feta cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • 3 Bake about 10 minutes or until pizzas are hot and cheese is melted.
Tips  

Look to your deli for jump starts to dinner. Cooked turkey, chicken or roast beef—whatever you have on hand—works great in this recipe.
