Ingredients

  • 1 2 pound Box of Velvetta cheese
  • 1 roll garlic cheese log
  • 2 cans Tomatoes with green chilies (Hot or mild your choice)
  • 1 2 pound Hot pork sausage
  • 1 Can Refried beans
  • 1 Fresh Jalapeno pepper
  • 2 Family size Bags of Scoop Style Corn Chips

Directions

  1. Dice cheese into cubes and add to pot that has small amount of olive oil in bottom to prevent sticking.

  2. Crumble sausage in microwave dish and brown, drain on paper towels and crumble fine as possible.

  3. Put tomatoe/chiles, garlic cheese, soup, beans into pot with cheese and turn heat on to med. Stir slowly allowing cheese to melt but not stick to pan bottom. Add cooked crumbled sausage and continue cooking stirring constantly.

  4. If mixture seems too thick add small amount of milk to make a dipping consistance. Serve with scoop style chip or bread chunks.

  5. If you really like spicys add the chopped Fresh japaleno pepper. Seed the pepper and chop into small pieces, stir into mixture. Careful when handeling it will burn your skin. (I use gloves)
