Give brownies a boost by cutting half the oil and adding a secret ingredient in its place.

Ingredients

box (18.3 oz) Betty Crocker™ family-size fudge brownie mix
1
pouch (4 oz) 100% spinach purée
1/3
cup vegetable oil
2
eggs

Directions

  • 1 Make brownies as directed on box--except omit water and use spinach purée, 1/3 cup oil and the eggs.
Tips  

To make cleanup and cutting brownies easier, line the baking pan with aluminum foil.

For brownie sundaes, cut brownies into squares. Top each brownie square with a scoop of frozen yogurt and fresh berries.
