Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ cake mix and rainbow mix decors come together in these delicious waffles topped with ice cream, fudge topping and pecans.

Ingredients

box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ golden vanilla cake mix

eggs
3/4
cup milk
1/3
cup vegetable oil
1
quart (4 cups) vanilla bean ice cream
1
jar (10 oz) hot fudge topping
1/2
cup Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors™ rainbow mix decors
1/2
cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
8
maraschino cherries with stems

Directions

  • 1 Spray Belgian waffle maker with cooking spray; heat waffle maker. In large bowl, stir together cake mix, eggs, milk and oil.
  • 2 For each waffle, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto center of hot waffle maker. Close lid. Bake about 5 minutes (or according to manufacturer’s directions) or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • 3 To serve, place 1 waffle on each plate. Top evenly with ice cream, fudge topping, candy sprinkles and pecans. Garnish each sundae with 1 cherry.
Tips  

If you don't have a Belgian waffle maker, use a regular waffle maker and slightly less batter for each waffle.
