    Ingredients

    • 1  (6-oz.) pkg. Martha White® Cotton Pickin' or Buttermilk Cornbread Mix
    • 2  tablespoons butter or margarine
    • 1/2  cup chopped celery
    • 1/4  cup chopped onion
    • 1/4  teaspoon ground sage or poultry seasoning
    • 1/4  teaspoon pepper
    • 3/4  cup chicken broth
    • 1  egg, beaten

    Directions

    1. 1Prepare and bake cornbread as directed on package. Cool 15 minutes. Coarsely crumble cornbread into large bowl. Set aside.
    2. 2Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish or pan. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add celery and onion; cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add to cornbread in bowl. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased baking dish.
    3. 3Bake at 350°F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
