Ingredients

package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini

cups bite-size pieces mixed salad greens

cup sliced mushrooms (3 ounces)

cup smoked whole almonds

cup ranch dressing

Directions

  • 1 Cook and drain tortellini as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • 2 Toss tortellini and remaining ingredients except dressing in large serving dish. Serve with dressing.
