Frozen Cut Green Beans provide a simple addition to beef supper made in skillet - ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

lb. beef top round steak, trimmed of fat, cut into very thin strips

cups cubed, peeled potatoes

cup frozen cut green beans
1/2
cup chili sauce
1/4
cup chopped onions
1/4
cup chopped red bell peppers

(8-oz.) can light red kidney beans, undrained
1/4
cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add steak strips; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until steak is no longer pink.
  • 2 Add vegetables, chili sauce and kidney beans. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in cilantro.
