    Ingredients

    • 2 15 ounce cans cannellini beans
    • 4 cloves garlic
    • 4 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 2/3 cup olive oil
    • 1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
    • 1 bag pita chips

    Directions

    1. 1Rinse and drain cannellini beans. Add to the food processor along with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
    2. 2Puree until smooth. Check for seasoning, add more salt and pepper as needed.
    3. 3Serve with pita chips.

    This dip is awesome! It does make a ton and can be easily cut in half. However, it is so delicious and fresh tasting, you might not want to cut it! I made it for our Super Bowl Party, and it was enjoyed by everyone!
