Looking for a hearty dinner made using Great Northern Beans and Old El Paso® Chopped Green Chiles? Then check out this white bean-turkey chili recipe that’s ready in just 35 minutes.

Ingredients

1
teaspoon oil
1 1/2
lb. uncooked boneless skinless turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1
cup chopped onions
2
(14 1/2-oz.) cans ready-to-serve chicken broth with 1/3 less sodium
1
(6-oz.) can no-salt-added tomato paste
2
(15.5-oz.) cans great northern beans, drained
2
(4.5-oz.) cans Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles, undrained
1
teaspoon cumin

Directions

  • 1 Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until hot. Add turkey and onions; cook and stir until turkey is no longer pink.
  • 2 Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Tips

The short simmering time in this chili recipe keeps the turkey breast meat very tender and flavorful.

Canned chiles add spiciness to this easy chili. Adjust the heat of the chili by using mild or hot canned chiles.

One 19-ounce can of cannellini beans can be used in place of the two 15.5-ounce cans of great northern beans.
