Ingredients

  • 6  boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2  cups chopped onions
  • 2  medium green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2  garlic cloves, minced
  • 2  (15.5-oz.) cans great northern beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1  (14 1/2-oz.) can ready-to-serve chicken broth
  • 2  (4.5-oz.) cans chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1/4  teaspoon cumin

Directions

  1. 1Spray nonstick Dutch oven or large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken, onions, bell peppers and garlic; cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. 2Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.

This is the BEST chili I have ever had! My kids are addicted & ask for it all the time since I made it the first time...I use Tysons grilled chicken strips, cubed, instead, but WOW, so yummy!!
