    Ingredients

    • Dip
    • 1 soup mix envelope (1.2 oz), savory herb with garlic
    • 1 container (16 oz ) sour cream
    • 1 cup ricotta cheese
    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 1 pizza crust focaccia (see recipe link below)

    Directions

    1. 1Prepare the pizza crust focaccia. Add your favorite pizza toppings and set aside. The recipe for the pizza crust focaccia can be found at http://www.tablespoon.com/recipes/pizza-crust-focaccia-recipe/1/
    2. 2To prepare the dip, combine the soup mix, sour cream and cheeses in a large bowl.
    3. 3Microwave until cheese is melted and dip is heated through (about 12-15 minutes), stirring often.
    4. 4Cut focaccia into thin strips.
    5. 5Pour a little of the dip into each shot glass.
    6. 6Add a focaccia strip, and serve.
