    Ingredients

    • 1 Cup Good Vanilla Ice Cream
    • 3 Ounces Vodka
    • 3 Ounces Half and Half
    • 2 Ounces Kahlua
    • Mint (garnish)

    Directions

    1. 1Add vodka and half and half to a cocktail shaker and shake well with lots of ice for about 10 seconds.
    2. 2Add a big scoop, about 1/2 cup, of vanilla ice cream to a small cocktail glass.
    3. 3Strain cocktail over ice cream.
    4. 4Pour Kahlua over top of the float.
    5. 5Garnish with mint and serve immediately!

    Seems like a great holiday drink, as well. Perfect after-dinner drink/dessert. Great idea!
