White Wine-Elderflower Sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 cup halved red grapes
  • 1 cup blackberries, blueberries or a combination
  • 1/2 Anjou pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 cups elderflower liqueur
  • Ice
  • Club soda, to top off (up to 1 liter)

Steps

    Place grapes, berries and pear and apple slices in the bottom of a large, chilled pitcher. Pour in white wine and elderflower liqueur and stir. Refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes.

    Top with ice and fill pitcher to the top with club soda (up to 1 liter).
