    Ingredients

    • 1  cup whole wheat flour*
    • 1  cup Martha White® All Purpose Flour
    • 1/3  cup sugar
    • 3  teapoons baking powder
    • 1  teaspoon salt
    • 3/4  cup milk**
    • 1/4  cup oil
    • 1  egg, beaten

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 muffins cups. In large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well.
    2. 2In small bowl, combine milk, oil and egg. Add to flour mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    3. 3Bake at 400°F. for 18 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
