Ingredients

tablespoons canola oil
1/2
teaspoon grated orange peel

tablespoons fresh orange juice
1
tablespoon rice vinegar
2
teaspoons honey
1/4
teaspoon salt
2
bags (5 oz each) mixed spring greens
2
red grapefruit, peeled, sectioned
2
navel oranges, peeled, sectioned
3
oz feta cheese, crumbled (3/4 cup)
1
bag (4 oz) glazed almonds with cranberries, honey and sea salt

Directions

  • 1 In small bowl, stir together oil, orange peel, orange juice, vinegar, honey and salt with whisk.
  • 2 On large platter or in individual salad bowls, arrange greens, grapefruit and oranges. Sprinkle with cheese and almond mixture. Drizzle with dressing or serve dressing on the side.
Tips  

Prepare dressing, and assemble greens, citrus sections and cheese; cover both and refrigerate until serving time.
