Savor fiber-rich pancakes with the benefit of calcium-rich yogurt and crunchy granola.

Ingredients

2
cups Fiber One™ Complete pancake mix (from 28.3-oz box)
1 1/3
cups cold water
1/2
cup granola cereal
2
containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light Fat Free strawberry yogurt
Additional granola cereal, if desired

Directions

  • 1 Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high heat or to 375°F. Grease with vegetable oil or shortening.
  • 2 In medium bowl, stir pancake mix and water with fork or wire whisk until smooth (batter will be thin). Stir in 1/2 cup cereal.
  • 3 For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter into hot greased skillet. Cook until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry. Turn; cook about 1 minute or until bottoms are golden brown.
  • 4 Serve pancakes topped with yogurt and additional cereal.

Tips

Calcium, from dairy foods like milk and yogurt, is key to bone health. Bones need calcium to build and maintain their strength and integrity.

Use your favorite flavor of yogurt and fresh fruit.
