    Ingredients

    • 1  (8-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
    • 1/2  lb. pork sausage
    • 1/2  cup chopped onion or 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
    • 1/4  cup chopped green pepper or 1 tablespoon sweet pepper flakes
    • 2  cups (2 medium) coarsely shredded zucchini
    • 1/2  cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2  teaspoon salt
    • 1/4  teaspoon thyme, if desired
    • 1  (2-oz.) can (1/4 cup) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    • 2  eggs, slightly beaten

    Directions

    1. 1Heat oven to 350°F. Separate crescent dough into eight triangles. Place in ungreased 9-inch quiche or pie pan; press over bottom and up sides to form crust. In large fry pan, brown sausage, onion and green pepper; drain. Stir in zucchini, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, salt, thyme, mushrooms and eggs. Pour filling into crescent crust; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
    2. 2Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and filling is set. Cool 5 minutes; cut into wedges to serve.
