1. Drink a Glass of Water

We’ve all heard the refrain of hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. It’s important for everything from healthy skin to a healthy body. So, start your day off right with a cool glass of water to rehydrate after getting all those zzz’s.

2. Eat a Yogurt

Yogurt is a super-healthy way to start the day, especially if it’s one like calcium-rich Yoplait Original. Try topping yours with #3.

3.  Fresh Fruit

We’re almost officially in summertime, and there is nothing better than fresh picked fruit in the summer. Start your day off with a bowl of fresh berries, melon or whatever you love.

4. A Bit of Protein

Having a little protein like an egg can fill you up for longer, so if lunch is going to be far away, it’s a great idea to have some protein with your breakfast.

5. Whole Grains

Whole grains are the best carbs for you. Pour yourself a bowl of whole grain cereal like Chex or Multi-Grain Cheerios and add milk (calcium!) and some sliced bananas. Perfection in a bowl.

6. Do a Smoothie!

Not up for a meal (or in too much of a hurry for one)? Toss frozen fruit like Cascadian Farms berries in the blender with yogurt and milk and blend it to perfection. Then you can drink and go.

7. Be Balanced

A slice of whole grain toast, an egg and fruit … it’s a perfect balance, and oh so tasty.

8. Have a Fruit Sundae

Love ice cream sundaes? Turn the classic on its head with filling a bowl up with cut up fruit and topping it with a dollop or two of your favorite yogurt, a little toasted coconut and dark chocolate chips (hey, they have antioxidants!).

9. Trade the Coffee for Green Tea

I know, it sounds crazy. But green tea is filled with cancer-fighting antioxidants, so it’s a great choice in the morning.

10. Just Eat Something!

Ultimately, the best thing you can do is to start your day off with something in your belly. It sets the right tone for your body all day.
