 Oh yes, the weather is taking a turn for the fabulous.

You’ve survived the long and arduous winter; now it’s time to break out the flip-flops and live! You like plenty of spice in your life, right? I compiled this list of tempting dishes inspired by both the South and West. Let there be no borders when it comes to the very important matter of pleasing your palate.

Now, I don’t want to boast – but pretty much all of these recipes would be super-awesome features at a party!


1. Mexican Coffee Popsicles

What you need for these magical popsicles is espresso or really strong coffee, almond or vanilla extract, cinnamon, milk and ice! Blend it all around and you get a sweet, caffeine-filled cooler for when you’re too hot to handle.

This decadent sweet will warm the cockles of your heart with the power of cinnamon, cayenne and ancho pepper!
