Easy yogurt dips with fruit has to be one of the best no-bake summer snacks ever.
When people think dips, many think of savory ones first. Appetizers, queso dips, that kind of thing. But there’s another category of dip that shouldn’t be forgotten: dessert dips!
Here are four versions of sweet dips that are perfect for dessert or snacks—and they all start with a Greek yogurt base with just a hint of cream cheese.
The mixture is perfectly thick for dipping. Then stir in some complimentary flavors to go with your yogurt and serve them with lots of good dipping foods!
Let’s dig into each of these dips!
Chocolate and coconut were made for each other. This dip has lots of flavor, but I like to boost it a bit with some toasted shredded coconut.
What you need:
Yoplait™ Greek coconut yogurt, cream cheese, toasted coconut and chocolate chips.
You can toast the coconut for a few minutes in a dry skillet to really bring out the flavor. Stir in some dark chocolate chips also—because why not? I think this dip is best served with graham crackers!
This dip isn’t as sweet as the coconut dip and has a nice citrus bite to it.
If you can find key lime filling, you can use it to boost the flavor of the yogurt a bit, but I think lemon curd goes well with it too.
After you cream together the yogurt and cream cheese, just fold in the lemon curd and add some lemon zest for fresh flavor!
I like to serve this version of the dip with little vanilla wafer cookies.
Strawberry cheesecake is a classic dessert (and sort of a pain to make)! This dip is MUCH easier. It takes just a few minutes to stir together and tastes really good.
Once you cream together the yogurt and cream cheese, fold in some good strawberry jam and a diced fresh strawberry to lighten the dip a bit. I like to serve this with graham crackers, almost like a crust for the cheesecake!
Who doesn’t like delicious peaches with rich cream? I swear I could eat this whole bowl by myself!
Just like the strawberry dip, once the cream cheese and yogurt are creamed together and smooth, fold in some good peach jam and some fresh diced peach. Serve this dip with vanilla wafer cookies.
Now we’re talking! Ready for dessert or snacks on any summer eve.
