Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat pasta sauce in saucepan until hot. Remove some of the sauce for kids; keep warm. For adults, stir in olives, bell pepper and roasted red peppers (drained and chopped) into remaining sauce (about 2 tablespoons each olives, bell and roasted peppers to 1 cup sauce). Simmer until bell pepper is crisp-tender. Serve plain sauce over pasta for kids; serve sauce with vegetables over pasta for adults; sprinkle with cheese.
