Ingredients

can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated Original or Buttermilk biscuits
Bourbon barbecue sauce (or your favorite) to taste
8 slices cooked “Bourbon Pot Roast”— see link for recipe in intro above
8
slices bacon, crispy cooked, drained on paper towel

    Bake biscuits as directed on can.
  • 2
    Split baked biscuits. Spread bottom halves of biscuits with barbecue sauce. Top each with 1 slice of pot roast and 1 slice of bacon. Cover with top halves of biscuits. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

  • Love cheese? A little Cheddar is awesome with these sliders.
  • Sautéed onions are another great addition to these sliders.
