Ingredients

teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves

teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves

tablespoon Dijon mustard

tablespoon olive oil

teaspoon salt

lb chicken drumsticks

    Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with foil or cooking parchment paper.
  • 2
    In small bowl, mix rosemary, thyme, mustard, oil and salt. Brush or rub mixture over chicken. Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake 25 minutes, turning once, or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (at least 165°F).

Expert Tips

Serve chicken with a side salad, veggies or mashed potatoes.

If you don’t have fresh herbs on hand, use 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon each dried rosemary and thyme leaves, crushed.
