Beef 'wiches au Jus

Use a packaged au jus mix with sliced deli meat and cheese to serve up an elegant lunch sandwich in a snap. Make it kid-friendly by omitting the sautéed onions. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

Sliced onion, (for adults)
Butter or margarine
Au jus mix
Roast beef slices
Hamburger bun, split
Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeño peppers

    Cook onions in a little butter, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Meanwhile, prepare au jus as directed on package. Layer beef in buns. For adults, top beef with hot cooked onions and cheese. Serve sandwiches with au jus for dipping
