Ingredients

tablespoon butter or margarine

cup finely chopped green bell pepper

eggs
1/4
cup milk
1/4
cup Betty Crocker™ Bac~Os® bacon flavor bits or chips
1
tablespoon instant minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
4
hamburger buns, toasted
4
slices process American cheese, if desired

    Melt butter in 8-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook bell pepper in butter, stirring frequently, until tender. Reduce heat to low.
  • 2
    Beat eggs and milk in bowl with fork. Stir in bacon bits, onion, salt and pepper. Pour into skillet.
  • 3
    Cook just until set, stirring occasionally. Spoon into buns. Top each with cheese.

  • Spread a little of your favorite jam or jelly on your breakfast bun just before filling.
