Elvis would love this protein shake. He would probably ask for a sprinkle of bacon on top, but even if you're not the King and you don't put bacon on everything, you'll love this tasty, flavor-filled shake. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

scoop chocolate protein powder (6 tablespoons)

tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
1
cup 1% milk

tablespoon peanut butter
1
chopped frozen banana
1
tablespoon ground flaxseed meal

    In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.

Expert Tips

Experiment with other nut butters, like almond butter.

For an extra level of decadence, drizzle the top with chocolate syrup.
