Chicken Parmesan Asiago Casserole

Try this quick and easy twist on packaged potatoes. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

box (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ Parmesan & Asiago potatoes
1 3/4
cups milk
2/3
cup boiling water
2
tablespoons butter or margarine
1
cup chopped cooked chicken
1
cup frozen sweet peas
1/2
cup sliced mushrooms, drained (from 4.5-oz jar)
1
cup shredded provolone cheese (4 oz)

    Heat oven to 425°F. In 2-quart casserole, stir Sauce Mix, milk, boiling water and butter with whisk. Stir in Potatoes and remaining ingredients.

    Bake uncovered about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir; let stand 5 minutes before serving (sauce will thicken as it stands).

Expert Tips

In place of the jarred mushrooms, you can use cooked fresh mushrooms.

In place of the shredded provolone, you can use sliced provolone, and finely chop it.
