Brown sugar
Butter or margarine
Ground cinnamon

    Cook sweet potatoes as desired below; slip skins off. Mash with potato masher or fork until smooth. Beat in brown sugar, butter and cinnamon (about 1/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and a dash of salt to 4 medium sweet potatoes) with electric mixer on medium speed.

    <b> Cooking Guide for Sweet Potatoes</b><BR><BR> <B>To Bake:</B> Pierce potatoes to allow steam to escape. Bake at 375°F about 45 minutes, at 350°F about 1 hour or at 325°F about 1 1/4 hours or until tender.

    <b>To Boil:</b> Cut sweet potatoes into large pieces. Heat 1 inch water (salted if desired) to boiling in saucepan. Add sweet potatoes. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently 30 to 35 minutes or until tender.

    <B>To Microwave: </B>Pierce potatoes to allow steam to escape. Arange about 1 inch apart in circle on paper towel. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
