ounces frozen crabmeat or frozen salad-style imitation crabmeat, thawed

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

    Mix crabmeat, mayonnaise, cheese and mustard. Divide among muffin halves. Place on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops 4 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes or until tops start to brown.
