Ingredients

Sliced cucumber
Sliced red onion
Cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
Kalamata or pitted ripe olive
Olive oil
White wine vinegar
Crumbled feta cheese
Chopped fresh or dried oregano leaves
Freshly ground black pepper

    Drizzle cucumbers, onion, cherry tomato halves and olives (drained) with olive oil and vinegar (about 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar). Toss with feta cheese, some chopped oregano leaves and a little pepper.
