hard-cooked eggs, peeled

tablespoons purchased ranch salad dressing

tablespoons finely chopped celery

tablespoon pickle relish

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash yolks with fork.

    Add all remaining ingredients except egg whites; mix well. Spoon filling into egg whites. Store in refrigerator.

Expert Tips

  • To pack eggs for a lunch, place 2 halves together. Wrap securely in plastic wrap. To separate, twist slightly and slide apart.
