You want to use a "just right" banana for this recipe. If the banana is too ripe, it will be too soft; if it's not ripe enough, it won't add enough sweetness to the shake.
Turn this into a Double-Fruit Parfait by layering the yogurt-and-fruit mixture with fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries in a tall glass.
