cups toasted whole wheat flake cereal

lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2
cup honey mustard or Italian dressing

    Heat oven to 425°F. Crush cereal. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.

    Dip chicken pieces into dressing, then roll in cereal. Place in pan.

    Bake about 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve with yellow mustard if desired.
