package Pillsbury™ Melts molten fudge cake filled cookies
cup whipped topping
containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light pumpkin pie yogurt
Additional whipped topping

    Heat oven to 350°F.

    Remove cookies from package; place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until edges are set. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack; cool completely. (Reserve hot fudge packet for later use.)

    Meanwhile, spoon 1 cup whipped topping and the yogurt into medium bowl. Using rubber spatula, gently fold together until well blended.

    To assemble each of 4 parfaits, break 1 cookie into 4 pieces; place in bottom of tumbler or parfait glass. Spoon about 1/4 cup pumpkin mixture over cookie. Repeat with another layer of 1 broken cookie and 1/4 cup pumpkin mixture.

    Top each parfait with small amount of additional whipped topping. Drizzle hot fudge from packet over top of parfaits.

Expert Tips

  • These parfaits are best served within 1 hour, so the cookies don't get soft.
  • The narrower the glasses you use, the higher and more impressive your parfaits will look.
  • If the hot fudge hardens on you, set the packet in a glass of warm water for 1 minute to loosen it up.
