Ingredients

can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated artisan pizza crust with whole grain*
Cooking spray
1/2
cup ricotta cheese
1/2
cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
2
tablespoons finely sliced fresh mint leaves
Salt and freshly ground pepper

    Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or foil.

    Unroll dough on work surface; starting at center, press dough into 22x14-inch rectangle. Using 2-inch round cutter, cut out 24 circles. Place circles on cookie sheet; spray circles lightly with cooking spray.

    Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Top each baked circle with 1 teaspoon ricotta cheese, a few tomato slices, some mint and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Expert Tips

  • *All breads made with at least 8 grams whole grain. At least 48 grams whole grain recommended daily.
  • Replace mint with basil.
  • Replace ricotta cheese with cream cheese.
