Ingredients

can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust

tablespoon olive oil

to 16 oz uncooked chicken breast tenders, cut into bite-size strips
1
to 2 teaspoons chili powder
1
cup thinly sliced onions
1
cup green and/or red bell pepper strips, 2 x 1/4 inch
1/2
cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
2
cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz)
1
box (10.6 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated Italian garlic with herbs breadsticks
Paprika, if desired
Pepper, if desired
2
capers, bell pepper pieces or olive bits

    Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan, or spray with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough onto pan; press dough from center to edge of pan to form crust. Bake 8 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; sprinkle with chili powder. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned. Add onions and bell pepper strips; continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and vegetables are crisp-tender. Spoon chicken mixture over dough. Spoon salsa over chicken; sprinkle with cheese.

    Separate breadstick dough into 10 strips; set garlic butter aside. To form cobweb, gently stretch and twist 4 of the dough strips, placing over cheese to form a square in the center of the pizza, tucking ends under crust. To make spider legs, gently stretch and twist 4 more strips and place over cheese in a wheel pattern crossing in the center (there will be 8 legs), tucking ends under crust. Gently roll remaining 2 strips into 2 balls, making 1 larger, and place side-by-side at center to form spider head and body. Pinch edges where 2 balls touch to hold together during baking. Brush garlic butter over breadsticks; sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Press 2 capers into smaller ball for eyes.

    Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cover with foil during last 10 minutes if needed to prevent excess browning. Cut into wedges to serve.
