Frozen Strawberry Pretzel Torte

The pretzel crust provides a savory contrast to the sweet, creamy strawberry filling. MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

Crust

cup finely crushed pretzel twists
3
tablespoons honey

Filling

1
quart (4 cups) fat-free or low-fat strawberry ice cream, slightly softened
1
cup sliced strawberries
1/4
cup broken pretzel twists

    Heat oven to 375° F. Spray 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, combine crust ingredients; mix well. With sprayed hands or plastic wrap, press mixture in bottom of spray-coated pan. Bake at 375° F. for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

    Spread softened dairy dessert evenly over crust. Freeze about 1 hour or until hard. Just before serving, remove sides of pan. Garnish each serving with sliced strawberries and broken pretzels.
