Ingredients

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon leaves or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
2
teaspoons lemon juice

cups cubed cooked chicken
2
medium celery stalks, chopped (1 cup)

cup golden raisins
1
cup pitted prune, cut in half
1/4
cup macadamia nuts or sliced almonds, toasted

    Mix mayonnaise, tarragon and lemon juice in medium bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients; toss.

Expert Tips

  • Go all out and serve this pretty salad in a hollowed-out cantaloupe or honeydew shell.
  • Next time you grill turkey breasts, grill a couple of extra. This salad would be excellent using 2 cups chopped grilled turkey in place of the chicken.
