Breaded fish fillets
Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
Tartar sauce
Watermelon

    Cook fish sticks and frozen breaded fish fillets as directed on package. Meanwhile, for adults, stir finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained) into some of the tartar sauce (about 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes to 1/4 cup tartar sauce).
  • 2
    Make "funny fish" by placing a small wedge of watermelon at one short end of each fish stick for fish head, pointed side away from fish. Place 2 orange segments at other short end for fish tail. Serve tartar sauce with "funny fish" and Sun-Dried Tomato-Tartar Sauce with fish fillets.
