Gingerbread marshmallows (optional)
Sprinkles (for garnish)
tablespoons molasses
cup milk
stick butter
2 1/2
tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
cups brown sugar
cans (16.3 oz each) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle refrigerated biscuits (any flavor) (8 biscuits each)

    Open the Pillsbury™ Grands!™ biscuits.

    Use a sharp knife or pair of kitchen scissors and slice each biscuit into four pieces.

    In a large bowl, stir together 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Toss the biscuits into the brown sugar mixture.

    Spray a bundt cake pan with nonstick baking spray. Place the sugar-coated biscuits into the baking pan.

    In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the remaining brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, milk, and molasses. Stir together until boiling, then pour the caramel mixture over the biscuits in the bundt pan.

    Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or until the top biscuits are golden brown. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 3-5 minutes, then invert quickly onto a large plate.

    Sprinkle with colored sprinkles, if desired. Press gingerbread shaped marshmallows around your monkey bread, if desired, before serving. Pull apart and enjoy!
