Gluten-Free Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients

container Pillsbury™ Gluten Free refrigerated pizza crust dough
1
lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef, cooked, drained
1
can (8 oz) gluten-free pizza sauce
4
slices gluten-free bacon, crisply cooked, coarsely chopped
1
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and/or pickle slices, if desired

    Heat oven to 400°F. Grease cookie sheet and hands. Press dough into 11-inch round on cookie sheet.

    Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until edge is beginning to brown. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix cooked beef and pizza sauce. Spread on crust to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with bacon and cheese.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
