tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
white onion, finely diced
pound ground turkey
teaspoon ground coriander
teaspoon cumin
teaspoon cardamom
ounces Yoplait® Greek plain yogurt
cup feta cheese crumbles
lemon, juiced
cucumber, seeded and diced
roma tomato, seeded and diced
tablespoons fresh mint leaves
pinch coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
bag Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips

    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium high. Add the onion and sauté 2 minutes. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned. Add the coriander, cumin and cardamom, along with a good pinch salt and pepper.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, half the feta crumbles, remaining tablespoon of oil and the lemon juice.

    Arrange the chips on a large platter. Top with seasoned meat, the yogurt feta dressing, diced cucumber and tomato, the remaining feta cheese and the mint. Serve immediately!

  • Things are feeling pretty good in life right now. Only a few weeks left of winter, my hair is washed, I've got a skip in my step and we've got some pretty dope Greek nachos to talk about.

    One doesn't nawwwmally think Greek when thinking of nacho consumption. But let me just let you in on a little something.




    The reason for the OMGing is because of the meat. Well, that's a total lie. It's everything. But let me tell you about the meat. What I did was season some ground turkey with some ground coriander, cardamom, and cumin.


    And then the dressing. It's seriously feta cheese with yogurt, fresh lemon juice and a little bit of olive oil.


    And then the toppings. Diced cucumber and tomato and fresh mint. Can I get an OMG?


    Alright so grab some chips, some ground turkey, spices, an on, cuc, toms, feta, yog, lem, I'm just kidding.

    Get your meat all delicious. Sauté some diced onion with the turkey and spices. Oh dear.

    And then just whisk up the dressing. Oh man oh man oh man.

    And I mean that's it. You'll just layer your chips on a plate, top with the meat and the dressing and the diced veggies and mint and more feta and uuuuuuuugh.

    Can I say it again? OMG.

    No for real, O.M.G.
