Lean ground beef
Worcestershire sauce
Seasoned salt
Hamburger bun
Cheese slices
Lettuce leaf
Onion slice
Tomato slice
Pickle slice
Ketchup
Yellow mustard

    Mix ground beef with a little Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt (about 1 tablespoon Worcestershire and 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt to 1 pound ground beef); pat mixture into patties. Grill patties; place in buns. Let everyone top their burgers with any of the remaining ingredients. <br><br><b>Burger Cooking Guide</b><br><br> Cover and grill patties 3 to 4 inches from medium heat, 7 to 9 minutes for 1/2-inch thick patties, 10 to 11 minutes for 3/4-inch thick patties for medium, turning once, until no longer pink in center and juice is clear.
